Kim Glenn, President
Kim Glenn is President of the firm and one of moss+ross’ senior consultants with more than 18 years of experience in university development, nonprofit management and fundraising, board development and engagement, prospect research, and community outreach. Kim joined moss+ross in 2011 after a career in nonprofit management, higher education fundraising, and government auditing.
Kim brings extensive knowledge of the region’s philanthropic community to her work with moss+ross clients. Her breadth of experience and strategic thinking has supported a variety of engagements including capital campaigns, annual fund campaigns, development and organizational assessments, feasibility studies, strategic planning, board training, executive search, and prospect research.
Kim is past board chair of The Green Chair Project in Raleigh where she has led the Executive, Development, and Strategic Planning Committees, and chaired the Campaign Planning Committee for The Green Chair Project’s $3 million capital campaign. Kim has also served on the Stewardship Taskforce at Edenton Street United Methodist Church. Kim graduated with honors from UNC Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler School of Business. She lives in North Raleigh with her husband, Tres, and has two grown children, Matt and Peter.
