Emily Bruce, Senior Associate
Emily Bruce joined moss + ross in 2020 with more than two decades of leadership experience within arts and cultural institutions. She has extensive fundraising experience cultivating corporate partnerships, creating annual fund structures and executing mission-focused events. She enjoys strategic planning and developing strong board relationships to advance the mission of organizations.
Most recently, she was VP of Development at Marbles Kids Museum where she spent a decade cultivating a culture of playful philanthropy that more than doubled contributed revenue. She was instrumental in planning for a $30 million renovation and expansion, leading government relations efforts in the first phase of funding requests.
Prior to Marbles, Emily advanced local philanthropic support for the performing arts, first at North Carolina Theatre and later at North Carolina Symphony. She was also a proud member of the team who relocated and expanded the Children’s Museum of Richmond in 2000.
Emily has a Master of Public Administration from UNC-Chapel Hill, a Bachelor of Science from Georgia Tech and is a proud graduate of Enloe High School in Raleigh.
