In the National Association of Corporate Directors 2022 Governance Outlook survey of 250 corporate members, 70% of respondents rated increased competition for talent as the thing that will have the greatest impact on their company in the next 12 months. Everything from office settings, remote systems, communications, programs, identifying, hiring and onboarding talent, and thinking more inclusively is evolving as we explore new opportunities. Flexibility and creativity are paramount.
