Tami Ruckman is a moss+ross Special Counsel with more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit management, strategic and long-range planning, fundraising, marketing, and board development. She also brings expertise in direct service planning and evaluation, helping organizations strengthen operations, build sustainable growth strategies, and maximize community impact. Tami’s collaborative approach and leadership skills help clients navigate complex challenges while advancing their mission and long-term goals.

Tami has a B.A. from Gardner-Webb University and M.S.W. from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. She spent the largest part of her career working in children and youth agencies, and with women’s organizations.

Tami lives in Asheville and enjoys the rich mountain culture, as well as the fun things that her city offers.
