Supporting Nonprofit Leaders

moss+ross partners with foundations, community organizations, and other nonprofits to convene nonprofit leaders and create opportunities to learn together in a community of peers. The leadership development sessions promote best practices around nonprofit leadership, management, and collaboration. 

moss+ross leverages its expertise to support nonprofits with capacity building; leadership development in small-group educational settings; and executive coaching and leadership team development services that are tailored to the specific needs of the leaders and their teams. We work collaboratively with partners to support nonprofit leaders, help set a course for sustainable leadership practices, and stimulate optimal organizational performance.
