NC Child Strategic Plan

NC Child believes every child deserves a chance at life. As the state’s only multi-issue child advocacy organization, NC Child’s work addresses policies that affect the whole child, including health and well-being, early childhood education, and family economic security. Through its strategic plan, NC Child has charted a path to meaningfully improve the lives of all of North Carolina’s children with goals of Voice, Reach and Impact. Moss+ross facilitated the process to develop strategies for achieving the goals and key performance indicators to help track progress.
