Kristina joined moss+ross in January of 2023. She is a nonprofit development professional with more than 20 years of experience. Her diverse career includes work in campaign management, strategic planning, major gifts, database management, annual giving, and alumni relations.

Kristina loves to analyze fundraising goals and opportunities from different vantage points and work with teams to creatively build actionable strategic plans to exceed goals. She has done this in a variety of major gifts, annual fund, and capital campaign settings.

She has served as a front-line fundraiser at the Arts and Science Council in Charlotte, Duke Law School, and at Duke Health where her focus was grateful patient fundraising. She has held numerous positions at Salem Academy and College including Campaign Manager, Assistant Vice President for Institutional Advancement, and Director of Alumnae Relations and Giving.

Kristina earned a BA in English from Salem College, with a minor in nonprofit management. A dedicated alumna to her alma mater, she has volunteered for Salem as capital campaign steering committee member, president of the local alumnae chapter, and on the alumnae board. She is also active in the PTA at her son’s elementary school organizing fundraisers.

She lives in Raleigh with her husband Roy and their son Toby.

Fun fact: Kristina worked with moss+ross Senior Associate Elizabeth Hopkins in grateful patient fundraising at Duke Health.
