Antoinetta joined moss+ross in January of 2024. She is a culture strategist with over 15 years of leadership experience, fueled by her passion for data-informed strategy. Her career spans across various domains including HR, DEI, strategic planning, program planning, leadership development, and fundraising.

Antoinetta is a courage curator dedicated to helping individuals and organizations cultivate equitable and inclusive spaces that are celebrated, not tolerated.

Her expertise has benefited nonprofit teams of all sizes ranging from local to global. Some of Antoinetta’s roles in the nonprofit sector include leading a psychosocial rehabilitation program at Mercy Care in Atlanta, managing the Homeowner Education program at Atlanta Habitat, and serving as the inaugural Development and Communications Director for Meals on Wheels Durham.

Antoinetta holds a BS in Business Management from Georgia Tech with certificates in marketing and social psychology and an MPA in Nonprofit Leadership from Western Michigan University. She actively engages in the community through volunteering. Antoinetta serves as a mentor, leads an eGroup for her church, and actively participates in multiple community groups.

Antoinetta’s home in Bolivia, NC where she lives with her husband Thomas and their dog Remy is minutes from their favorite beach, Oak Island.

Fun fact: Antoinetta is the author of two books: a children’s book published in 2018 and an encouragement guide released in 2023.
