moss+ross celebrated its 13th anniversary just a few days ago. Our firm has grown tremendously over these years, fueled by the increased demand for our extensive suite of services. In response, as of January 1, we named three longtime senior associates as partners. Joining us as senior managers will be Kim Glenn, President; Lizzy Mottern, Vice President of Talent; and Kate Hearne, Vice President of Corporate Services. Please join us in congratulating them on these new roles.
We set a goal when we founded the firm to focus on relationships, not jobs. This deep caring for our community in which we both were born has been rewarded with continued year-over-year growth. As we look toward the future, we reflect on how moss+ross has grown its footprint in many important ways.
- 220 diverse clients, most returning for multiple engagements that span years.
- 20+ different tailored nonprofit offerings (click here for a complete list), encompassing fundraising counsel, capital campaign counsel/management, strategic planning, executive search, messaging/communications, and interim placement. We are a one-stop shop in nonprofit consulting.
- 25 experienced partners and associates, plus a large talent bank of affiliate contractors in our m+r interim solutions division. This segment of our business, which places people temporarily in positions ranging from executive directors to gift officers to events and database staff, has grown significantly since we launched it in 2018.
We are delighted that we are able to look within our dedicated pool of associates to find top talent to join us in leading our next chapter of living into our vision of impact that matters in a place we love. Kate was our first associate, joining us in 2009 just after we launched the firm, with Kim and Lizzy following soon after in 2011 and 2012, respectively. We are feeling lucky on our 13th anniversary to add new roles that position us to manage a growing number of clients and services. There is an old saying that you make your own luck, and we could not have made it without you.
